JI Enterprises was founded in Blind River, Ontario, Canada, on the North Shore of Lake Huron in 1977 by Joseph Iturregui.  From early on, Joseph emphasized the importance of providing his customers with quality workmanship and superior service at fair prices.  This approach to conducting business has established a firm base from which to grow and prosper. JI Enterprises is a leading construction company on the North Shore of Lake Huron.  Our courteous staff number from about 8 to over 30 people during peak summer months.  Many employees have been with us for more than 15 years. From the beginning and to this day, JI provides excavating and trucking services to the residential sector.  Our customer list in this sector numbers in the thousands. Homeowners and builders hire JI Enterprises for all their site development needs such as: site clearing, driveway construction, basement excavation and backfilling, septic system design and construction, wells and water services, sales of sand, gravel and topsoil and more. Since the mid 1990's, our range of services has grown to include municipal and heavy civil construction.
